  • A highly effective clinical approach to providing relief from chronic pain and tension.  Every tissue in our body is wrapped in fascia, an interconnected web which holds our body together while also working as a lubricant to help our tissues glide with and against each other in order to move with ease.  However, things like physical trauma, postural patterns, repetitive movements and/or lack of movement causes the layers of our fascia to become restricted or “stuck”.  This restriction results in pain, tightness, poor posture and a reduction in range of motion.  Uses a technique called Myofascial Release (MFR) to release the restrictions and re-align the structure of the body. MFR is one of the most effective techniques available for relieving pain & tightness, improving posture and restoring ease and range of movement. We call this integrative because other techniques like, trigger point, cross fiber friction and more, may be applied if the tissue calls for it.

Available in 60 or 90 minute sessions.

  • Using a technique called Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), taut tissues can be neurologically retrained to allow for more ease and range of motion.  This treatment combines joint mobilization, PNF and Thai massage techniques to leave you feeling more flexibility in your muscles and balance in your joints.

Available in 30 minute sessions or, as a 15 or 30 minute add-on to another treatment.

  • While bodywork & massage can go a long way, it does not go all the way.  Movement and Yoga therapy will help you re-train the postural patterns and movement habits which contribute to the stress, tension and pain that accumulates in the body.   Learning to move well and retrain from the inside out empowers you to take ownership of your healing journey.  You will experience greater awareness and improved posture and mobility.  These sessions are customized to meet you where you’re at.

  • Neil went on his 1st meditation retreat in 2002 with the late Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. Since then he has studied and practiced primarily in the Karma Kagyu tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, while also training in more secular approaches to meditation. He served as a Senior Teacher at Dharma Moon, an online mindfulness training platform and teaches workshops and 1-1 coaching for individuals seeking to establish and develop a meditation practice. Meditation coaching sessions are offered on a sliding scale and no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
